Thanks for your help! Other customers should know that they will have to wrestle their bags up steep stone steps to access the reception area of the hotel. Bags are stored in the open in reception, with no additional security.

Make sure people know to enter through the restaurant in order to access the elevator! We didn’t know about that so we lugged all of our bags up the stairs at drop off. We used the elevator going down when we picked up.

My friends and I left our bags here in Cascais. It was very handy as we had about 7 hours between checking out and when we needed to leave for the airport. The staff were so lovely.
