such an easy option for being free to go about your day without having to worry about lugging around your luggage. the staff were super friendly and it was really easy to pick up and drop off!!

I am Japanese. I had no other place to leave my pet so this was very helpful. However, the entrance had changed design depending on the season so it was hard to find.

It was quick and easy and a very accessible service

Awesome Service

It was quite a walk to get there that wasn't helped by all the road works but it was great not to have to take my bag into Queenstown. I am not sure how surcure the bag was as you could not see where they were put but all was good when I came back to get it.

Arrangements worked to perfection in every way. Easy to set-up on-line, and the staff at Flaming Kiwi Backpackers were immediately available, friendly and helpful. We will definitely go to them next time we are in need of these services in Queenstown!

Highly recommend. Kept within a secure office and had to give code before they released the bags. Not like other places where bags are kept in shop fronts or bags picked up with no ID. Had total peace of mind. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was my first time using bounce so I was hesitant and skeptical. But then folks were kind, the process so quick and easy, and it was very affordable. Would definitely book here again if I found the need in Queenstown.

Service was great. Location was hard to locate up a full flight of narrow stairs which we had to carry multiple heavy bags (they did offer to help carry them back down on checkout).

Booking and paying online in advance is very convenient and reassuring. The luggage storage is located on the second floor, and there are no clear signs on the first floor, making it a bit hard to find. Additionally, moving large luggage up and down the stairs can be quite challenging.

It was convenient to use! There was a mistake in my reservation that made the wrong reservation, but they handled it quickly so I was able to complete my trip without any worries!
