Very easy to deal with

Really great service, made it easy after checking out from our accommodation and before our flight, saved us having to carry our luggage around for hours. Convenient location and definitely use again next time we are in Queenstown.

Easy enough! Showed up, gave them my pin and they stored my bag in the room downstairs which was only accessible by key (ie, feels safe enough!). Pick up was the same. Staff were friendly too

Great location if staying at Millennium Hotel. Very friendly staff and helpful to unload and load our bags. Was nice to have pictures of our bags at drop off to confirm.

Drop off and pickup was very easy and flexible given it was a 24-hour location. Highly recommend

Drop off and pick up were easy enough, and this is an ideal location near the airport. Just note (especially if you have big or heavy bags) that the parking lot is gravel and you have to carry your bags up a few stairs to get to the drop off point.

Staff were very friendly and supportive when my flight was cancelled and I needed to arrange a new flight. Very appreciative of a comfortable space to talk on the phone while it was charging otherwise I'd be stuck in town!
