Great location if staying at Millennium Hotel. Very friendly staff and helpful to unload and load our bags. Was nice to have pictures of our bags at drop off to confirm.

Drop off and pick up were easy enough, and this is an ideal location near the airport. Just note (especially if you have big or heavy bags) that the parking lot is gravel and you have to carry your bags up a few stairs to get to the drop off point.

Great service and everyone was super friendly

Very handy location. We prebooked and left our luggage here for our last day in Queenstown. We were able to enjoy the city without dragging our luggage around. Location is right in town so we were easily able to jump on the bus with our luggage when it was time to head to the airport. Yes there is one flight of stairs to take your luggage up and down. Make sure you have the Bounce app installed as the people storing your bag need to QR code.

Staff were very friendly and supportive when my flight was cancelled and I needed to arrange a new flight. Very appreciative of a comfortable space to talk on the phone while it was charging otherwise I'd be stuck in town!
