This place can hold up to 100 bags per day in a safe area with 24/7 support, so better book your spot before it's all full! It's the go-to place to stow your luggage in Queenstown, with bag protection worth up to $10,000. After booking, just present your reservation confirmation at the location, and hand your bags over to the Bounce Partner - it's as simple as that!

This spot can store bags of all sizes: purses and tote bags are priced at NZ$6.50, and regular luggage at NZ$6.50.

  • It’s great to be able to enjoy the day without carrying luggage and to leave it somewhere safe. It really works. Just a heads-up about the address: it’s on the second floor, and it took me a while to figure that out.

  • Highly recommend. Kept within a secure office and had to give code before they released the bags. Not like other places where bags are kept in shop fronts or bags picked up with no ID. Had total peace of mind. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
