I had no problems at all; they returned my luggage exactly as I had left it, and they were very careful. The area is easily accessible, although I'm not sure how safe it is at night. Overall, it was a good experience.

Was a bit tricky to find the entrance but they quickly spotted us outside and flagged us down! The staff was really nice and helpful, and the picture / qr code system seemed to work well for making sure we got our stuff back safe and sound.
