Staff were super friendly and was a really easy process

The shop is located underground, so it can be a little difficult to find if you're not familiar with the area, depending on the time of day. However, the staff were very helpful and polite, so it's a shop you can use with confidence. I would like to use it again when I go to Kobe.

The location was less than a 10 min walk from the Kobe Starion which made it a really walkable distances, he helped us carry out bags up and down the stairs. 10/10 service and politeness

Quick and easy

When I was attending an event at G-Lion Arena, there were no coin lockers available that could fit my medium-sized suitcase, so I was able to leave it at this place which is right near the station. I compared it with other travel agencies, but they could only hold it until 6:00 PM, whereas this place would hold it until 11:00 PM if I specified it. I was able to pay in advance with PayPay, so I didn't need to prepare any change, which was a great help!

Although we couldn't communicate, you were kind to me, so I kept it safe.

The staff were very kind and I was able to leave my suitcase comfortably (^^) When I asked where the next train was when I collected my luggage, they kindly and patiently told me, and thanks to them I was able to board the Shinkansen safely. Thank you very much ✨

There aren't many lockers at Sannomiya Station, but it's close to the station and closes late, so it's a good place to leave your luggage.

Easy to find on the main strip (luggage facility place) - maps took us a different location but just look out for the luggage facility place :) easy to drop off and pick up.
