Quick and easy

When I was attending an event at G-Lion Arena, there were no coin lockers available that could fit my medium-sized suitcase, so I was able to leave it at this place which is right near the station. I compared it with other travel agencies, but they could only hold it until 6:00 PM, whereas this place would hold it until 11:00 PM if I specified it. I was able to pay in advance with PayPay, so I didn't need to prepare any change, which was a great help!

Although we couldn't communicate, you were kind to me, so I kept it safe.

I went to a B&ZAI live performance. They were so cool, their instrumental playing was amazing, and the band members were all lovely, kind, and nice people, so I really wanted them to make their debut. They are also uploaded to YouTube every Friday night at 8pm, so I would be happy if you could take a look.

The staff were very kind and I was able to leave my suitcase comfortably (^^) When I asked where the next train was when I collected my luggage, they kindly and patiently told me, and thanks to them I was able to board the Shinkansen safely. Thank you very much ✨

There aren't many lockers at Sannomiya Station, but it's close to the station and closes late, so it's a good place to leave your luggage.

Place is easy to find for experienced travelers. They have the bounce sign on their sign outside and their door on the second floor.

If you're planning a trip to Kobe Sannomiya, I highly recommend this hotel. I think you'll have a very convenient and comfortable trip. Since it's right in front of the Kansai Airport bus stop, I think it'll be very useful for those traveling to the airport.

Easy to book. Friendly staff. Note: As aready mentioned in earlier reviews, the location link provided by Bounce after booking, points to an incorrect location inside the station. The shop is in fact located at street side under the station, right in front of Airport limousine bus stop for Itami Airport/Kansai Airport.

Easy to find on the main strip (luggage facility place) - maps took us a different location but just look out for the luggage facility place :) easy to drop off and pick up.
