Super efficient and the lady can speak English well.

Easy pick up and drop off. I would like to see some signs at the front of the building to make it easier to find the location.

It's a little hard to find, no bounce sign outside. The service is offered by May Rooms Hostel on the 6th floor.

The best location you can find if you are taking train at Taipei station period. If I have to complain anything, the elevator takes a bit of time.

The storage is actually in a Chinese pastry shop. There are no signs for bounce or storage outside. Showing the pastry shop employees the QR code was enough

The service was very easy and convenient.

Very convenient luggage storage facility, especially if the one at the station is fully booked. It’s located close to the station and was easy to find. Booking was simple and hassle-free. They open early at 10am and close at 5:30pm, which worked well for my schedule. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and foreigner-friendly. Service was great overall . Would recommend.

Easy to drop off and when we picked it up earlier than the end of the reservation, they had to get it from another location in the building, which is reassuring that it was secure the few weeks we left it with them.
