The hotel was easy to find and the assistant was friendly and helpful. We felt the luggage was safe and the system was organised.

At first the Bounce app was trying to direct us to the wrong place but I had already researched the location and just used Google maps for the directions. When we arrived at the shop it was very busy and it wasn't at first clear where the drop of point was but the staff were friendly and quick to book our bags in so we were on our way to enjoy the day bag free.

Super convenient for the historical centre of Palremo, literally in view of the Quattro Canti. Try the quattro cheese arancini while you're here, its amazing

Easy, no need to pre-book, pay directly with the guys. They’re open all day as of 10am. Two blocks from bus stop to airport. Two brothers own the spot, nice guys. They remembered our names just from when we dropped off the bags, and they said no need to pay now, just pay later. You store them in the building across from the main restaurant. It’s more of a storage space now, possibly before this part was used for more dining space. Most of the other locations in this neighborhood had varying hours, and many were closed for several hours in the middle of the day, so definitely double check anywhere you want to do this. This place is open all day, at least during the season. We used it in early October, so late season, but not winter.

I have never used bounce before. It was so easy and the collection point simple to book and find. Highly recommended super service. A**

Very friendly lady at counter. You have to go to the 4th floor to drop your baggage. We didn't reserve in advance, but everything worked well and after a few hours of exploring Palermo, we retrieved our bag 😊

Great place to securely store luggage for the day . Easy to find in the Concordia hotel. 4th floor just take the lift , friendly and helpful receptionist speaks fluent English. Good value .
