Was fab drop off and pick up experience and the staff were very friendly. They were well prepared with the list of bookings and just needed to know my number and check my id to activate the booking which made it really easy. Were also flexible with pickup timing which was helpful.

It's a busy Arancini shop, so initially we struggled to make ourselves known that we wanted to use their storage space, and not buy Arancini balls (although we did buy some afterwards and they were delicious!) It's on a busy street so there were a lot of people outside (they also offered outside seating for Arancini customers), lugging suitcases onto the pavement and into the shop past lots of people was quite hard. But they're open late, are very central, and looked after our belongings well.

Very close to port; 10-15 minute walk to Biglietteria GNV & GNV dock at port; at or near Via Mariano Stabile 23; Rentme Noleggio Auto Moto e Scooter. Confident in their storage. Well organized. Would use again.

It was very easy to book, only changes were not simple as I could not open the reservation. Very nice and understanding gentleman who helped me in the store.

Easy drop off. You go to the cafe and they help you place your bags next-door. Our bags were fine, but they were just on the ground in front of a fridge for the cafe. Would be nice if they could add a shelf for backpacks or something. And maybe a number system. Also, it was dark next door but the door was open and there was lots of staff walking through but it did seem that security could increase a little.
