- Perfect; The woman who took our bags spoke French. We dropped off our bags very quickly and picked them up very quickly. A 5-minute walk from the train station. On the 4th floor of a building, in a hotel! The elevator is available. The luggage was secured and tagged. Great, thank you.

- They were friendly and kindly allowed us to leave our bags longer than the booking said with no extra charge, this was a huge help. Bags are kept in a room out the back but the hotel itself also feels really secure.

- Great service! Easy and straightforward. The booking was easy and the bag drop and pick up were quick and simple. I would recommend. The Hotel Concordia is located on the 4th floor, there is a lift available. Staff were good too.

- It's inside Sfrigola via Maqueda. I don't know why it's a secret... The Bounce app was fine, pretty straightforward process, the guy at the place was nice, we arrived early at the time of opening. We needed to show our booking on the app, then take pictures of our luggages, then when we came back in the afternoon, we showed the staff our photos of our luggages and then they gave them back. Pay attention to the opening/closing times, I don't get some of the reviews here complaining that it wasn't open... The hours are clearly indicated when you book the spot.
