Very friendly lady at counter. You have to go to the 4th floor to drop your baggage. We didn't reserve in advance, but everything worked well and after a few hours of exploring Palermo, we retrieved our bag 😊

Perfect; The woman who took our bags spoke French. We dropped off our bags very quickly and picked them up very quickly. A 5-minute walk from the train station. On the 4th floor of a building, in a hotel! The elevator is available. The luggage was secured and tagged. Great, thank you.

It's inside Sfrigola via Maqueda. I don't know why it's a secret... The Bounce app was fine, pretty straightforward process, the guy at the place was nice, we arrived early at the time of opening. We needed to show our booking on the app, then take pictures of our luggages, then when we came back in the afternoon, we showed the staff our photos of our luggages and then they gave them back. Pay attention to the opening/closing times, I don't get some of the reviews here complaining that it wasn't open... The hours are clearly indicated when you book the spot.
