Super efficient, very well organized

They were friendly and kindly allowed us to leave our bags longer than the booking said with no extra charge, this was a huge help. Bags are kept in a room out the back but the hotel itself also feels really secure.

I highly recommend the service. Reservations and payment are straightforward. We even changed the drop-off and luggage pickup times at short notice without any problems. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. It was the cheapest option we could find in Palermo near the main train station.
