Everything worked out perfectly!

Leaving for Lipari we were able to leave our luggage in the perfect and easy storage with the site

Really nice and friendly staff, really nice place to prep for the rest of the day and close to some fun places

We arrived very early at 6:30 am after a long journey, and Vincenzo was absolutely amazing. He greeted us warmly, helped us with our luggage straight away, and even offered us water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process quick and easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to the day. Highly recommend Bounce, and a big thank you to Vincenzo for his outstanding service!

Wonderful staff – kind, helpful, and always cheerful. The hostel is clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The welcome drink is a great touch that makes you feel at home :) Small suggestion – it’d be great if not everything had to come with a charge, especially for short-term luggage storage since there’s free room right by reception. Highly recommended!
