Everything worked out perfectly!

On our way to Lipari, we were able to leave our luggage in a perfect and easy storage facility using the website.

We arrived very early at 6:30 am after a long journey, and Vincenzo was absolutely amazing. He greeted us warmly, helped us with our luggage straight away, and even offered us water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process quick and easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to the day. Highly recommend Bounce, and a big thank you to Vincenzo for his outstanding service!

The drop off was easy and the QR code made thing simple, but this particular location was managed by the hotel bar staff and the storage room was a large closet. The closet itself was secure, but it was left up to us to put the bags in on our own, as well as when we pick them up. Except to unlock the door, there was mo supervision or monitoring of which bags we were dropping off or removing. Everything worked out well, but it was a bit concerning.

Wonderful staff – kind, helpful, and always cheerful. The hostel is clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The welcome drink is a great touch that makes you feel at home :) Small suggestion – it’d be great if not everything had to come with a charge, especially for short-term luggage storage since there’s free room right by reception. Highly recommended!
