UPS location in downtown was centralized &’near shopping & walking trail, which made it convenient to drop off luggage and spend some time walking around before heading to the airport. Staff was friendly and easy drop off/pick up. Would definitely rexommend.

Great service here, and would definitely recommend to use again! Located right next to the convention center, so a perfect place as well

The host was extremely understanding and polite. She even went so far as to open the shop early just so that we could pickup our bag before heading to the airport. Kudos and highly recommended!

Location was great as it was downtown Anchorage. Easy drop off and pickup. The bags were in back of the store, so I cannot comment on how secure they were except they were out of sight from the front counter.

The staff were very friendly, but service was VERY slow, took almost 20 minutes to get through 3 customers. The rep needed help from the superior in almost every service encounter, so it seems training could be improved.

They recognized what we were there for and recognized us when we came back!

The store itself was closed on the day we wanted to store our bags. We were still able to book this online with Bounce. Alaska Copy & Print owner was fantastic and accommodated us and was so polite. Highly appreciate this business!
