  • The ups store has no idea how to handle bounce customers. At pickup I was charhed an additional $37. I picked my bags up before the scheduled time by a few minutes. I want contacted by Bounce. 419-348-5440.

  • Drop off smooth as silk. It is located directly across street from transportation center where you can catch the 40 bus to the airport. There open 8:30-6:30 so that’s your window.

  • UPS location in downtown was centralized &’near shopping & walking trail, which made it convenient to drop off luggage and spend some time walking around before heading to the airport. Staff was friendly and easy drop off/pick up. Would definitely rexommend.
