Luggage storage Downtown

The store itself was closed on the day we wanted to store our bags. We were still able to book this online with Bounce. Alaska Copy & Print owner was fantastic and accommodated us and was so polite. Highly appreciate this business!

Great location downtown and a super easy experience. This was a life saver since we had to check out of our Airbnb at 11:00 and our flight did not leave out until after 9:00 at night. We left our luggage there and explored downtown.

As a traveler, the location was quite difficult to find. However, once we were able to find the place the service and process was seamless.

Great service. The guys at the Cafe were really helpful. Only downside was having to carry suitcases down and back up the stairs. Would highly recommend using Bounce.

Great efficiency, great people.

Very very handy, we thought we were looking for a Bounce shop, but it's a Bounce participant. We booked on line, found the participant,put our baggage into thier storage room, and gained an extra half day touring around without having to lug around the luggage. Great idea. Love it. We'll use it again on the return trip during the delay time between flights.

A great way to store luggage temporarily especially if you have to checkout early in your hotel or AirBnb and your flight won’t be until the afternoon or night time. Very convenient to use. Will use again in the future.

The check in and check out was very smooth. The staff was cooperative. We did some shopping later and wanted to keep that in our bags. They allowed us to do that after their normal working hours

Convenient location just across the street from our hotel. Wish the bounce app would have better instructions. Not the easiest to get to if you have heavy wheeled luggage, because of the stairs.

Everything went according to plan. Excellent information and support at the shop. The service was what we needed at the right time.

Extremely easy to find thanks to other reviews (downstairs from McDonalds!). Staff member was super friendly and we felt very safe as luggage was locked into a storage room and each bag tagged. The only downside was the stairs down with luggage, but honestly not that bad. We only stored them for a couple hrs, but it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this service and location!

Location is a bit further north of central Waikiki, but nonetheless within walking distance. Convenient and no-frills bag storage accessible 24/7. Highly recommended for temporary storage of your luggage!
