This luggage storage is conveniently located about 1 mile from Rivercenter Mall in downtown San Antonio, within walking distance to the acclaim Riverwalk. The process to check I was seamless, and I was even able to meet the owner of the establishment - Mark - who was very kind and welcoming. The storage is inside of Mark's Outing - a very popular burger spot. I ordered some fries, dropped my luggage off, and was on my way! Picking it up after I was done sightseeing was a breeze as well.

The services was great and convenient. It was a little difficult to find. More signs outside of store or more instructions in the confirmation email may help. I'm pretty good at directions but it took me a little while to find it.

Never using bounce before, I didn’t know what to expect. This is a burger restaurant. The people are super nice. Your bags are kept safe in the back. Zero problems. 5 stars. Get a burger while you’re there too. Top notch!

This was excellent! Much easier than carrying a suitcase around the Riverwalk. The location is ideal, very close to the number 7 bus which goes directly to the San Antonio airport.

Great experience! The location was hard to find, but I called the store and the owner was helpful in giving me directions. Look for Spirit of San Antonio, located under the stairs on the riverwalk

The clerk was friendly and helpful. Bags are stored in a back room, with other bags. Take a picture of your bags, definitely helps if you have some distinguishing stickers or markings on the bags.
