This was excellent! Much easier than carrying a suitcase around the Riverwalk. The location is ideal, very close to the number 7 bus which goes directly to the San Antonio airport.

The clerk was friendly and helpful. Bags are stored in a back room, with other bags. Take a picture of your bags, definitely helps if you have some distinguishing stickers or markings on the bags.

It was a great experience. Easy to find location; right next to the bus stop! Less than 2 minute process to drop off and pick up my bag. The location did smell like smoke (because they sell those products to locals), but my luggage didn't smell like that at all.

Easy enough to find. The guy working was nice. Had us take a photo of our bag with the tag when we dropped it off.

Our experience was positive. There is no parking to drop off your bags, so you do have to double park. There are stairs you have to go up and down, but it wasn't too bad! Everything ran smoothly. We would use this service again.
