Nice, fast, everything ok!!!

The location couldn’t have been better, 100 metres from Monopoli Station. However, the instructions to find the store were poor. Instructions claimed 3 to 5 minute walk so I went straight past the location as it was so close. The location was a casino, betting shop, with no advertising for Bounce. Once I realised this was the location everything went really well, staff were very helpful. Very secure as the location is a casino, betting shop right outside the station. Would definitely use again, but be clearer with the location please.

Super easy in the main square, laziness lovely but would say items were kept behind desk not secured but we didn’t leave anything of extreme importance anyway and suited us perfectly Be aware they open 10am-7pm

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had no problems with dropping off and picking up our luggages. Very quick and no hassle at all. They even helped us get a transfer to Alberobello in such a very short notice. Would recommend the place and the friendly staff!! 10/10!! 👍
