Super easy in the main square, laziness lovely but would say items were kept behind desk not secured but we didn’t leave anything of extreme importance anyway and suited us perfectly Be aware they open 10am-7pm

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had no problems with dropping off and picking up our luggages. Very quick and no hassle at all. They even helped us get a transfer to Alberobello in such a very short notice. Would recommend the place and the friendly staff!! 10/10!! 👍

I can recommend this place to everybody! The staff members were really friendly and gave me some recommendations what to do in the town and which beaches are worth visiting nearby. The location is between the train station and the centre and therefore comfortable to explore Monopoli. I felt safe to keep my luggage there for the whole day.

Fantastic staff

A life saver service for a traveller! Two ladies working there spoke very good English, they were very friendly, quick with service and helpful. They answered my questions about city. I totally felt safe and taken care of. This store was open till 20:00, late than others. Still would be great if it would be open until later hours.
