Great service. I made a mistake with my luggage and the guy there went out of his way to assist.

Everything went well. At first, when I arrived at the locked door, I was a little confused. But after sending a WhatsApp message to one of the numbers provided, I received a quick response saying a representative would be at the checkpoint within 5 minutes, and that's exactly what happened. The only caveat is that you need to have the messenger app installed and internet access. (I was wary of taking my main phone to the beach, so I planned to return with a phone without internet access. This was also addressed when I dropped off my luggage; they connected me to Wi-Fi, meaning I could still get in touch when I approached the door to pick up my bag even if no one was there.) When I picked it up, the representative was in the office, so I didn't need to use the Wi-Fi. Everything was safe and sound, and the communication was pleasant and friendly. I recommend it.

Great store in Monopoli 1mins walk from the old town and 5 from the train station. Rent bikes or SUP here is easy and fast to doit, the staff welcomed you with smile, support and help you during your day in town. Wonderful

Great Store where to drop off your luggage while visiting Monopoli. You can also rent City Bikes or E-Bikes at reasonable price starting from €10 and ride along the coast and visit Polignano a Mare...simply wonderful Store for your holidays or one day stop.

We dropped off our luggage early in the morning because we had a late flight from Bari, and rented two electric bikes with the beach package that includes an umbrella, lounge chairs, and a bottle of water at the partner beach. They also offer SUP rentals, and we rented one to have it delivered directly to the beach. Exceptional service, punctual, and the staff were SUPER kind and friendly. Thank you guys, you made our last day in Puglia a wonderful one.
