But after writing to one of the numbers on WhatsApp, I received a quick response that an employee would come to the point within 5 minutes, and that's how it was. That is, the only nuance is that you need to have this messenger and the Internet installed. (I was afraid to take my main phone to the beach, so I planned to return with a device without the Internet. And this was also decided when I checked in my luggage, they connected Wi-Fi for me, that is, when I came to the door to get my bag, if no one was there, I would be able to contact). When I picked it up, the employee was in the office, I didn't need to use Wi-Fi) Everything is safe and sound, communication is pleasant and friendly, I recommend.

Great store in Monopoli 1mins walk from the old town and 5 from the train station. Rent bikes or SUP here is easy and fast to doit, the staff welcomed you with smile, support and help you during your day in town. Wonderful

Great Store where to drop off your luggage while visiting Monopoli. You can also rent City Bikes or E-Bikes at reasonable price starting from €10 and ride along the coast and visit Polignano a Mare...simply wonderful Store for your holidays or one day stop.

We left our luggage early in the morning because we had a late flight from Bari, and we rented two electric bikes with the beach package which includes the possibility of having an umbrella, sunbeds and a bottle of water at the partner beach. Not happy they also carry out SUP rental at home and we rented 1 SUP to be delivered directly to the beach. Exceptional service, punctual and SUPER kind and friendly guys. Thanks guys, you made us spend a wonderful last day in Puglia.
