Very close to the train station, just a block away you can catch the metro that takes you to the city center. We made a day stop in Ghent to explore the city, as we were coming from Bruges. It's a hotel that offers luggage and backpack storage. We paid €5 per backpack and left them around 11:00 AM and picked them up at 8:00 PM. They aren't lockers with keys, so it's best to take your valuables with you. They store them in a room or storage area. It's recommended so you don't have to carry your belongings around all day.

They allowed us to leave our backpacks in their luggage storage all day for €5 per person. Very kind.

The service is handled directly by the hotel's reception staff. The receptionist we dealt with was extremely kind and friendly. The location is incredibly convenient, and we were very satisfied with the entire process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for secure and easy luggage storage near the station!

The location is 10 minutes from the train station, and if you're heading downtown, it's easily accessible. The process was quick and easy, and the front desk was very kind to accept our backpacks. The price was perhaps a little high, but it was worth it because it was secure and there were no issues with picking them up. They only asked us to take photos of our backpacks with the numbers and ask for them when we returned.

We have never used this type of service before, and found ourselves in need while in Ghent. It was super easy to download their app, find their location, thanks to a neighbouring business, who pointed us in the right direction, and super nice people. We dropped off our luggage with a code, and had to use the same code to pick it up again. This was incredibly helpful as anyone knows who has tried to pull a carry-on through cobblestone streets. Thank you for this service!

The location is very convenient to reach from the central station, about 3-4 minutes away. The staff is super friendly and the hotel looks nice and, above all, safe. It's an excellent option for leaving your luggage!

Brilliant customer service from the lady on reception at the Hotel Carlton. She was extremely professional and even provided me with a map of Ghent which proved extremely useful. Would have no problem recommending using Hotel Carlton if you are looking to store your luggage whilst popping in to the city centre for some sight seeing :0)
