Easy drop off and pick up. The storage is just a room upstairs but staff are in store at all times and it’s not likely anyone would be able to enter upstairs unless they too dropped bags off.

We have never used this type of service before, and found ourselves in need while in Ghent. It was super easy to download their app, find their location, thanks to a neighbouring business, who pointed us in the right direction, and super nice people. We dropped off our luggage with a code, and had to use the same code to pick it up again. This was incredibly helpful as anyone knows who has tried to pull a carry-on through cobblestone streets. Thank you for this service!
