1,955 reviews from Google Maps- Great experience, start to finish. Took a minute to find it as the address given was on Addison, but the actual entrance is around the corner on Sheffield. We were greeted at the door (it's a bar/golf simulator place), and immediately checked in. The guy helping us was very patient as we shuffled stuff around. After the game at Wrigley, we returned, showed the guy our ticket numbers and he immediately retrieved them. No issues. Such a nice option for people who want to explore an area and not their bags around.
