Super easy. He scanned the QR code on the app and takes a photo of your items. The app is also super simple to change time for drop off and pick up if you’re running late or if you want to pick up early. Very convenient also so you can travel lighter until your hotel check in time.

This was a great place to drop off our bags for the afternoon. We dropped our bags off, walked over to Wendella cruise dock and took a river cruise. Then we went to skydeck 360 before having dinner. Finally we headed back to pick up our bags. The whole experience was great and I felt my bags were safe the whole time.

Really easy to use and made our trip to Chicago smooth and convenient. The only suggestion I'd make is to add some kind of Bounce signage to the door or outside the store, or include the store information/description in the app. We didn't realize the bodega was the place we would be storing our stuff. But the store staff were very nice and helpful.
