Really easy to use and made our trip to Chicago smooth and convenient. The only suggestion I'd make is to add some kind of Bounce signage to the door or outside the store, or include the store information/description in the app. We didn't realize the bodega was the place we would be storing our stuff. But the store staff were very nice and helpful.

The person who took your luggage was very friendly and very understanding. I like that it's a convenience store because you can buy things on the way to drop off your luggage.

We interacted with two different gentleman over the course of the day, one to drop off and one to pick up. Both were very helpful and kind, the bag was safe and untouched when we returned. Very worth the price!

Good location and very safe. The person who attended us was friendly.

Decently close to Union station and also wasn't hard to find. Especially with the business's tip that it's by Dunkin. Hours were until 8:30-9 I was told by the owner which worked great for my schedule. Check in and out were both easy simple and quick. Would leave my bag here again and would recommend to others!
