The space was easy to book, the only thing I wish is that I would have got a digital notification of what number bags I had. The gentleman had me take a picture of it when I was there, in order to have more safety measures in place and ensure bags are not lost. I think automated the system may be beneficial, but overall it was a great experience and we were able to go and see the Bears win against the Detroit Detroit Lions.!

Fast, easily accessible from multiple train lines, and FRIENDLY! 10/10 would use again!

They are really nice but it was SO hard to find them. You have to go in the mall to the 3rd floor. It is a store, it looks like a ,thrift store‘.

I store my bag here whenever I have to go the courthouse and it’s really convenient. The staff here are really friendly, as well.

easy drop off and they were sure to double check to verify it was actually your bag that you were picking up. looked like there was always someone working next to where the bags were kept which made me feel better about leaving them. would recommend!

It seems a bit sketchy at first as it was a shoe repair shop but actually the service was great and super quick.
