  • The location was a 6 minute walk from the Blue Line, which was convenient. The girl was super nice & she even let me drop my bags off early, since I arrived to the location about before they opened! She asked me my First & Last name and took photos of my luggage before I handed them to her. This made me feel comfortable storing my luggage with this establishment. Thank you for your warm customer service! I was able to finish exploring Downtown, without having to worry about carrying luggage with me.

  • This was our first time using bounce, and we used this location for about eight hours. The location was easy to find and in a lower traffic area next to the river. The woman was very kind and led us to the area in the back of the store to leave our bags. They were not locked up but in an area where only workers would go. Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend this location if you are in the area and need to stash your bags for a few hours or more.
