It was easy to find the place and just with one call they accepted at late night my luggage, even though I did not pay for it.

it was a weird experience dropping off our luggage as it was in a halfway in a random office space with no signage. we actually left very concerned that we might not have it back - of course it went well but the fact that it was not clear it was not a "bounce" office or private space, left us wondering if we just gave it away to a stanger. the person didnt have any badges or anything identifying him with hte company. just a thought as this was my first time using the app and was very concerned about my personal belongings. all good at the end.

Excellent customer service. Close to the airport, and I felt that my things were secure. I will definitely be using this service again and would highly recommend it for those who require a temporary place to store their things for a long layover at ORD.

Easy to find, easy check in process. Left our bags for several hours while we explored the city waiting on our flight. So nice to not have to lug our bags around. Would recommend.

Had a 10 hour layover so I wanted to explore the city. A lovely lady helped me drop off my luggage as well as pick up. Was unsure of where to store it for the day but I am glad I found the UPS store on 460. Very convenient, would recommend!
