We were greeted at the door (it's a bar/golf simulator place), and immediately checked in. The guy helping us was very patient as we shuffled stuff around. After the game at Wrigley, we returned, showed the guy our ticket numbers and he immediately retrieved them. No issues. Such a nice option for people who want to explore an area and not their bags around.
