Super easy and convenient, not crowded and handy bathrooms there as well! Show your PIN, take a pic of your bag tags ( for ID at pick up )and they take your bags. No wait!

Extremely convenient!

Super easy and convenient for heading to a Cubs game but needing to get immediately to the airport following. As Wrigley field won't allow anything but a clear bag, this was an excellent option. And the storage facility (X-Golf) was excellent. Fast, professional, etc.

The guy ran the place in the early morning was the stallion! I had a lost bag from my cab ride and he looked out for it.

This place was a lifesaver on a day when we had to leave our airbnb early and the Cubs game started late and was also in a rain delay. The staff was very friendly and I felt it was a safe location to leave our bags. We will use again on future trips.

Great experience. Super easy to check in and check out the bags. Left 4/5 only because the location was advertised to be right next to Wrigley field, but was in fact a 15 minute walk.

Bounce app wasn’t working right but we figured it out.

The staff was amazing!! They made us feel very comfortable with leaving all our luggage with them as we spend the day at Wrigley field. The walk was also easy to and from the field.

They did their job, but they close at 4 p.m. on Sunday which makes it less ideal for luggage storage if you are going to an afternoon game at Wrigley.

Person working the counter was super friendly and chill! It’s located in a great area too, so I was able to explore what was around.

Super easy drop off for our luggage. Was an easy straight shot 10 minute walk to Wrigley. Place was very clean, nice staff, and were confident our stuff was safe. Would use again.

I like theconvience to red line. I didnt originally know if was a weed store. So the smell kinda of turned me off. But super easy drop off and friendly. My stuff was there about 4 hours and it didnt retain any smell so all in all great experience!
