As many people mentioned in previous reviews, this place is where you want to drop off bags if you are enjoying the city for the day. It is very conveniently located right next to the blue and red line station at Jackson.

Our experience was great. It was an easy process from start to finish.

Drop-off was smooth and easy, no issues there. However, picking up the luggage took quite a while. There were only two employees working the front desk, and a lot of people were checking into the hostel at the same time. If you're planning to retrieve your bags, be prepared to wait and definitely get there early to avoid delays. Overall, the service worked, but the pickup process could be more efficient.

The place is excellent because of its location and the friendly staff. The hours are also very convenient, since on Sundays (the day we used them) many places that offer this service are closed, and they're open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. They're the best!

Friendly hosts and took excellent care of the bags! We were surprised to find the bags cold when we picked them up because they had been stored in a refrigerator, but that was totally fine with us! Just noting for other guests.

It’s a decent place for storing luggage. I felt comfortable leaving my luggage with them. However, be aware that they store your bags in the back of their store inside a refrigerator/freezer. When I received my bags, everything was cold and moist, so beware of electronics.
