Friendly and accommodating

When I put the address in Google Maps, I ended up at a what I think was a large apartment building complex with a spacious lobby. I went to the front desk and showed them a photo from the website to ask where it was and they directed me to the elevators to take me to the shop where the luggage was located. I took the train and was at Union Station by 9 am and I walked to the location. The process was easy - the store was large and clean and organized. The staff knew what I was there for when I walked in the store - they were friendly and helpful. This location was open late so that worked well for me. I had a flight later in the day so storing the luggage allowed me to be out for the full day, eat dinner, and then return - I think we were there around 8 or 8:30 pm. I think they stayed open until 10 pm.

One star less because at the pick up they couldn’t identify who I was even tho I had the proof of dropping off my bag which was the only one there. The security of storing was also questionable however nothing was missing. I would advise not leaving valuables and calling different locations and finding out how they store the bags. 😁

First time doing this since my plane was leaving until 8:30pm,it was a great service,very friendly and great Custumer service.We left 4 luggage,they give us a ticket easy check in and was easy check out they close at 5pm, and we pick them up just minutes before I really recommend this place for travel and waiting time for storage your luggage, also they are close to the blue line train that goes to O’Hare airport and other train too.

Easy to find and my stuff was very safe. They also gave me instructions to the airport, thank you for the great service

Pick up and drop off was fairly easy although as someone not staying at the hostel there was no clearly marked signs that the hostel offered this service. Or clearly advertised bounce, the cost was very high as well. The staff made is straightforward and I felt my luggage was safe as the luggage was kept behind a locked door and there were checks in place to ensure no one else took my luggage.

It all worked well however there was no signage inside or outside the building to advise that it was indeed the Bounce luggage location. It’s situated inside the hostel Signage would make it good to excellent!

The location is strategic, the staff isn't friendly, but they get the job done and aren't rude. The care and security of the luggage is good, which is ultimately what matters.
