Drop-off was smooth and easy, no issues there. However, picking up the luggage took quite a while. There were only two employees working the front desk, and a lot of people were checking into the hostel at the same time. If you're planning to retrieve your bags, be prepared to wait and definitely get there early to avoid delays. Overall, the service worked, but the pickup process could be more efficient.

Friendly hosts and took excellent care of the bags! We were surprised to find the bags cold when we picked them up because they had been stored in a refrigerator, but that was totally fine with us! Just noting for other guests.

It’s a decent place for storing luggage. I felt comfortable leaving my luggage with them. However, be aware that they store your bags in the back of their store inside a refrigerator/freezer. When I received my bags, everything was cold and moist, so beware of electronics.
