Friendly and accommodating

When I put the address in Google Maps, I ended up at a what I think was a large apartment building complex with a spacious lobby. I went to the front desk and showed them a photo from the website to ask where it was and they directed me to the elevators to take me to the shop where the luggage was located. I took the train and was at Union Station by 9 am and I walked to the location. The process was easy - the store was large and clean and organized. The staff knew what I was there for when I walked in the store - they were friendly and helpful. This location was open late so that worked well for me. I had a flight later in the day so storing the luggage allowed me to be out for the full day, eat dinner, and then return - I think we were there around 8 or 8:30 pm. I think they stayed open until 10 pm.

if you are looking for a place to store baggage on the way to millenium park/museum campus area i could not recommend this place enough. very convenient, super close to a cta train station. also it closes at 8 which is later than the other options in the area if you need time flexibility. check in and checkout process was very simple and felt secure as they check QR code for the reservation. bags are also kept in a secure location in the store which gives peace of mind.

They were very friendly and helped us with directions to were we wanted to go. Great service and will be using them again if I'm back in the area. It was such a relief that we had a nice, clean, and safe place to store our luggage in-between checking out of where we stayed and the seven hours before going to the airport.

I needed to drop off my luggage because I was going to a music festival for a few hours before a flight back home. My hotel checkout time was before I had to leave. I walked into the most beautiful frame shop owned by the nicest man. I believe it was also a small business because his last name matched the name of the store. It was quick and easy to drop off my things safely and only a 5 minute walk away from Grant Park. Definitely recommend Bounce and this business in particular.
