1st time I ever used this app. Flax picture and frame made the expert easy and pleasant. Good identification means and very pleasant to deal with.

This was my first time using Bounce as it was recommended to me by my friends I was on my trip with. I found it to be very easy. There were multiple locations just in general, but especially in convenient locations to the public transportation we were utilizing while in the city. The people checking us in were kind, they weren’t necessarily quick, but they were very thorough and experienced with the process. They kept our luggage out of sight, which was greatly appreciated! The check in and out process was very easy. I also appreciated that I booked through Airbnb which gave me, I believe, a 15% discount for my first time use! Even if I didn’t have the Airbnb discount, it’s still very cheap and I would definitely use this service again when needed!

Very quick and easy check in and check out process. They labeled our bags and took pics so it was very reassuring that they would be held safely. The owner was very kind and helpful in pointing us in the right direction when we were leaving to the airport.
