  • I needed to drop off my luggage because I was going to a music festival for a few hours before a flight back home. My hotel checkout time was before I had to leave. I walked into the most beautiful frame shop owned by the nicest man. I believe it was also a small business because his last name matched the name of the store. It was quick and easy to drop off my things safely and only a 5 minute walk away from Grant Park. Definitely recommend Bounce and this business in particular.

  • Using the app was simple. Picked the location and paid for everything the night before. Super easy drop-off! We had 9 bags (4 people), and it only took a couple minutes to line up the bags and get our bag tag. Pick-up was just as easy, and we were only 1 block from Union Station. Highly recommend!
