Great place to leave your bags. Put into a dedicated storage locker with a camera and all. Would leave my stuff again!

The folks here are very friendly and helpful. Convenient location near many train lines. I felt super comfortable leaving my luggage here. Was also easy to extend my time in the app.

So thankful that something like Bounce exists, it was so relieving to drop off our bags and not have to worry about them throughout the day! We had a full day between our bus drop off and our flight out of Chicago, and dropping off our luggage meant we could visit all our friends and old favorite places around the city and use transit so much more comfortably. HI Chicago hostel was a phenomenal location, so accessible from any of the loop trains and so easy to get to. Check in and out process was smooth, clear, and efficient and the staff were all so kind. Thank you!

The receptionists were all very polite and very helpful. They made my experience great. If I’m in the area again I will definitely use them. There are not many places like this and they come in very handy.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy getting there from Union Station, but the drop off and pick up process was pretty seamless. I would definitely book here again.

The location was perfect and only a couple blocks away from bus and L transportation stops! It was a secure location, and the attendant was very helpful to get me in and out to where I was heading!

This place was PERFECT! They are a Hostel with 24h service. They were very competent and friendly. There is a good scale to weight the luggage and good space for organizing the luggage, with some essential shopping stuff if something is needed.

Fantastic experience! Not having to walk around Chicago with luggage was a dream. And also, What a NICE HOSTEL! Super cool place! We weren't looking for lodging for our bodies, just our luggage.
