Drop-off was smooth and easy, no issues there. However, picking up the luggage took quite a while. There were only two employees working the front desk, and a lot of people were checking into the hostel at the same time. If you're planning to retrieve your bags, be prepared to wait and definitely get there early to avoid delays. Overall, the service worked, but the pickup process could be more efficient.
