Luggage storage Chicago Loop

We found the place reliable and the process was very simple; we really liked it.

Great drop off and pick up experience. The staff was very friendly and the luggage was stored safely behind the counter. I would use this location again

Excellent service, everything is very convenient!!!!

Convenient location and great service.

Got into Chicago way before our room would be ready. We were staying near the Obama Presidential Library 40 minutes away. Our dilemma; waste 80 minutes there and back plus two Uber fees or drag our bags and backpacks around with us. Enter Bounce! We went to the Bounce website and found a location near us. We booked our storage space online and soon dropped off our bags. It saved us time and was way less than the 2 Uber rides. I recommend Bounce highly.

The staff were very polite and excellent. It's also conveniently located near Washington Station.

Quick in and out. Bags kept safely behind counter of jewelry shop with staff only access.

Very friendly. Very easy to drop off and pick up. Excellent location.

Very professional and also very gentle ! I recommend this place

Friendly & helpful service in a strategic location!

Our bags were safe. Paul and his staff were exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. I will definitely use his business again when visiting Chicago

Again, a real life saver! I have used it in 3 different cities now.

Very Friendly and our bags were secure. Paul was great I will definitely use this business again

Very friendly people.. Will definitely return when necessary.

First Bounce for us and it was easy and helpful! Had an awesome time around, free to roam by ourselves 😊

Very nice staff

Very polite and helpful - not only safely stored my luggage but helped me navigate to the nearest train station I needed.

Very easy and friendly people. Highly recommend

Perfect spot to use! Directly out from the Washington stop right in town. Secure location. Leonard holding it down! 💕

First time using Bounce and won’t be our last. The location in Chicago was easy to find and the owner was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this location.

A great experience. The location in Chicago was easy to find and the owner was smiley and super helpful. We felt very reassured leaving all our bags with him. First time using Bounce but it won’t be our last.

Really easy to book. The merchant, Paul Young jewelers, were really pleasant and accommodating…

So easy. Great idea.

Everyone was so nice! The lady there was so sweet. Great location too.

Very easy and convenient! The luggage storage is located inside the jewelry store, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Drop-off and pickup were both quick and simple, and I felt comfortable leaving my bag there while exploring Chicago. Would definitely use them again!

No problem picking up bag. Vendor verified my identity. Would definitely use again.
