Easy to access and fast operation

This was my first time using bounce and I was little skeptical but the owners were extremely nice. They made the whole process smooth and easy. Very trustworthy.

I didn’t buy any jewelry, but I left my luggage here while exploring the city. I booked through the Bounce website. The shop owner is very kind, and the location is convenient—close to the Blue Line. There’s no locked room, but the owner stays there the whole time, so I felt my luggage was safe.

This service is such a savior. I wish I knew it was so easy, would have come down from my far out hotel sooner. But know that the service is being operated from the Jewelry shop Paul and Young?) the price is very reasonable it’s around 10 dollars. Unheard of in a big city. They also insure you. Just that obviously they are not open until late. So make sure you pick up luggage before closing. And the service when you register keeps giving you reminders which is great.

Very convenient for us because the luggage storage is located on the blue line (O'Hare Airport) in the city center, making it perfect for enjoying our last day in Chicago. Please note that the luggage storage closes early: 5 p.m.

The people there were very polite and our bags were apparently safely stored and quickly retrieved. Because the place is a jewelry store, I felt the place was very safe. The only issue we had was finding the place but that was pretty much the case while we were in Chicago - lost!
