  • The security was really good. It went into a locked room out of sight which is good. However, the location was not the easiest to find. There are no stickers for bounce and the description talked more about the auditorium rather than the hostel

  • We used them twice on your trip, dropping off our luggage from the airport and back the last day. Every employee was so nice and friendly! Very helpful and our luggage was tucked away safely both days! Yes, your luggage will be stored in their coolers, so it will be cold when you pick it up. Zero issues! Highly recommend!

  • It was really easy dropping off and picking up. The only thing that was a little concerning was that we were told to just leave our bag there during the drop off process and they would come get it in a little bit. It was right at the registers in this store, so it just didn’t feel right leaving our bags there unattended. We waited for the guy to return and grab our bags before we left the store. Pick up was super fast and easy, but the store forgot to check up out in the system, so we had to select in the app that it was already picked up.
