- Excellent service and efficient staff. The location is close to Union Station so we could wander around Chicago a little while longer while waiting on our train departure. I recommend the UPS store on S Jefferson if you need a spot to drop your bags for a little while.

- The space was easy to book, the only thing I wish is that I would have got a digital notification of what number bags I had. The gentleman had me take a picture of it when I was there, in order to have more safety measures in place and ensure bags are not lost. I think automated the system may be beneficial, but overall it was a great experience and we were able to go and see the Bears win against the Detroit Detroit Lions.!

- This was very easy. Alfa foods was super convenient to Roosevelt station, where we took orange line out to Midway for our flight. The people in Alfa were super helpful, friendly, and they kept our luggage secure for us, 5 star experience. Plus you can get snacks or drinks or cigarettes. Would use bounce again, and would definitely trust Alfa foods again if we were in the area.

- Well, this was the first time using a service to store luggage while we roamed Chicago, and I thought we would store them in lockers. But we actually stored them in a back room. They didn't inventory, tag, mark our bags in any way to note that they were ours and not someone else's. I was apprehensive about leaving my stuff in a place that was accessible to the public. However.... nothing was stolen and everything was in its place as we left it. I can't ask for anything more. So 5 stars.
