Luggage storage here was convenient and felt completely safe. The woman who helped us, Julie, could not have been lovelier, and using the service here gave us a perfect way to visit the Art Institute unencumbered.

It was really easy to make reservations for my bags and drop off/pick up was smooth as well! I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to stow away your bags while traveling.

Staff were very friendly and it felt like a very secure place to leave my luggage while we did some last minute sight seeing before heading to the airport!

The location is excellent, just across the street from the main entrance of the Art Institute of Chicago. This was my first time using the Bounce service, and I struggled to show the QR code when dropping off my luggage, but the elderly staff member was very kind to me, even though I'm not a native English speaker.

Nice place to storage your luggage. It is inside a hostel and it's open 24 hours. Great choice if you want to explore the city while your flight leaves.

Our experience was great. It was an easy process from start to finish.

Drop-off was smooth and easy, no issues there. However, picking up the luggage took quite a while. There were only two employees working the front desk, and a lot of people were checking into the hostel at the same time. If you're planning to retrieve your bags, be prepared to wait and definitely get there early to avoid delays. Overall, the service worked, but the pickup process could be more efficient.

This was very easy. Alfa foods was super convenient to Roosevelt station, where we took orange line out to Midway for our flight. The people in Alfa were super helpful, friendly, and they kept our luggage secure for us, 5 star experience. Plus you can get snacks or drinks or cigarettes. Would use bounce again, and would definitely trust Alfa foods again if we were in the area.
