Well, this was the first time using a service to store luggage while we roamed Chicago, and I thought we would store them in lockers. But we actually stored them in a back room. They didn't inventory, tag, mark our bags in any way to note that they were ours and not someone else's. I was apprehensive about leaving my stuff in a place that was accessible to the public. However.... nothing was stolen and everything was in its place as we left it. I can't ask for anything more. So 5 stars.

They were great. They took our luggage and kept is secure while we were at the game. When the game was over, we went back to the store, and everything was in order. He was a little late getting there due to the awful traffic. He was very apologetic, and we understood. We will definitely use this service again. Thank you.

We left our lagguage at this location for more than 10 days, so we could travel around lightly. The bag was kept well, looked after well. It is a good location to keep your staff if you're visiting the Field Museum or the Aquarium and I can recommend it for longer storage too!
