Great service. Very easy.

The place is excellent because of its location and the friendly staff. The hours are also very convenient, since on Sundays (the day we used them) many places that offer this service are closed, and they're open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. They're the best!

Friendly hosts and took excellent care of the bags! We were surprised to find the bags cold when we picked them up because they had been stored in a refrigerator, but that was totally fine with us! Just noting for other guests.

I highly recommend this location because they close late on weekdays and are near Roosevelt station. They allowed me to go to the Field Museum and 360 Chicago without my carry-on. Excellent service.

I loved that the opening hours are very wide, it is very close to the blue line and tourist areas, on a wide and safe avenue. Friendly staff and your things are kept safe.

The employees were friendly and quick. First time trying this service and it was very helpful as our flight was in the evening and we had to check out of our Airbnb. We were able to stroll around Chicago for a few hours which was nice.

I had a great experience with Bounce! We arrived in Chicago and needed a place to store our bags until we could check in at the air bnb. The Bounce we used was close to Union Station. Staff was helpful and it so was easy to go retrieve out things when we were ready. Such a convenient service!
