Luggage storage Near Ogilvie Station

Great Service to store luggage when traveling and checked out of hotel but have lots of time to enjoy more sight seeing before departure. This place is clean, safe, and secure. Great staff and coffee/food. Price is worth it! Location was perfect for me from where I was visiting. I will utilize Bounce again and recommend the app. I love ChiTown!

BRU Chicago was a great place to leave my bags while touring the city and close enough to walk back to the train station. It was easy to book through Bounce, drop off my bags and pick them up at the end of the day. A bonus to storing at BRU is being able to pick up a drink as you're heading out the door.

Easy drop off and pick up - no lock on door of storage area, but door was blocked with furniture.

The staff quickly served me. With the QR code from the app, the check-in took 10 seconds to register and 45 seconds to park the bag. I highly recommend this location.

Drop off/pick up was smooth. Stored luggage for two nights and no issues at all. Location is closed to Union Station so pretty convenient.

I was skeptical of storing my luggage with Bounce, but this location was amazing. Yes they put your bag in a closet and slide a coffee table in front of it - I think that’s a fine idea. The worker was extremely careful when I said I had an un-protected rolled poster in the side of my bag. They also take a photo of your bag(s) before you leave, and they scan your QR code at drop off and pick up. Also this location is super close to the train station. I take the train to Chicago fairly often, and I will absolutely use this service every time from now on. I always check out of my lodgings and want to walk/bus/El to things before my Amtrak train. This Bounce location is perfect for that. Much better than the $20 per bag at Amtrak station. A+++

I felt safe leaving my luggage there. They put your bags in a locked closet and then they put a coffee table in front of the closet doors making the closet disappear within the decorum of the coffee shop. When we went back to get our bags because of the coffee table I didn't even notice the closet I put my bags in earlier that day. You can't beat it.
