Luggage storage Near Ogilvie Station

Quick and easy drop off and pick up.

Drop off/pick up was smooth. Stored luggage for two nights and no issues at all. Location is closed to Union Station so pretty convenient.

I was skeptical of storing my luggage with Bounce, but this location was amazing. Yes they put your bag in a closet and slide a coffee table in front of it - I think that’s a fine idea. The worker was extremely careful when I said I had an un-protected rolled poster in the side of my bag. They also take a photo of your bag(s) before you leave, and they scan your QR code at drop off and pick up. Also this location is super close to the train station. I take the train to Chicago fairly often, and I will absolutely use this service every time from now on. I always check out of my lodgings and want to walk/bus/El to things before my Amtrak train. This Bounce location is perfect for that. Much better than the $20 per bag at Amtrak station. A+++

I felt safe leaving my luggage there. They put your bags in a locked closet and then they put a coffee table in front of the closet doors making the closet disappear within the decorum of the coffee shop. When we went back to get our bags because of the coffee table I didn't even notice the closet I put my bags in earlier that day. You can't beat it.

Everything went well. Just wish the place had a lock on the closet they use. They just put something in front of the door. It was ok but it still makes me a little nervous.

I looked around a lot before using the service and I ended up booking online. The process was seamless I totally recommend it. The location is great since it’s right by two train stations! Highly recommend and affordable

The closet the items are placed in isn’t locked. It wind being ok but I was uncomfortable with that.
