I thought this was like locker storage or something. Its in a dry cleaners and she just shoved our bags behind the desk w/all the clothes LOL. She was a super nice and helpful lady and we had an extra bag we wanted to pay for and she just took it, so that was very kind. Definitely not what i was expecting, but not disappointed.

I love the idea and convenience of dropping your luggage off somewhere so you don’t have to walk around with it. The concept is really nice and simple. However, the rates are a little expensive. Also, the number that was provided is out of service. Luckily there was a security guard there that knew how to get in touch with the girl who came down to get the luggage. She gave me her direct number and I was able to retrieve the luggage with no issue.
