My flight arrived in to Chicago in the morning and I had several hours before my hotel's check in. This other hotel that offered this service was a very safe and convenient location where I could for about $5 leave my bag and explore the city.

This was such a life saver after we spent our first day waiting for an Airbnb check in four hours after our flight lugging our bags around. Our last day was breezy because of this service.

The staff was very accommodating.

Check in with front desk and bags were put behind a locked door. Despite having a long checkin line at pickup we were able to bypass the line and get our bags back quickly. Very happy

This was a lifesaver for me as I had a schengen visa appointment close by and they don't allow large bags into the building. Was really quick and efficient and the staff were really helpful. It is located inside the hotel so you just go to the reception.
