Luggage storage W Huron St

Fast friendly service. Highly recommend

the process was super easy. i booked space ahead of time, then walked right to the desk, showed them my confirmation and they tagged my items and took them to the storage room. because it’s in a hotel, i trusted my items would be safe. And i love that there’s a lobby to wait in while calling for a ride. would definitely use this location again.

Easy drop off and pick up

Super convenient. Staff was really nice and helpful. Drop off and luggage recovery only took a few minutes each time.

Easy to find and very safe. We left our bags around 5 pm and returned for them at 10 pm without any problems.

Everything was perfect, they were very helpful.

Staff was great. Bags were safe. My favorite place to book for sure. Give them a try and see why rank them 5 of 5 stars, and after you book there I’m sure you’re going to agree with the rank given and give em they props. Thanks to you ladies and gents that filled the crew in my stay. I appreciate the professionalism and hospitality 2👍🏾

Super clean, safe, behind a hotel front desk, efficient and polite staff. I was a doubting Thomas now converted to believing.

Staff was super friendly and made it quick and easy!

Couldn't have asked for better. Fantastic staff, stored in a closed room, easy pickup and drop off (24/7)

Staff was super friendly, attentive and kept things secure . Def going again

Great place! The staff was very kind and the bags were safe

Easy pick up and drop off, there’s always someone at the front counter. Highly recommended. Went to BTS concert and was perfect.

Very simple process highly recommend

They hold your things and let you use their bathroom to change. It’s a game changer!

Easy and smooth process.

I love the service

It's so easy to book with many options available in Chicago when I used them on 7/26. The entire process is easy and I felt like my bags were truly secured.

Very practical and fast! 10 minutes from the Blue Line.

Quick and easy!

Great location. Allowed us to tour the city without bags for several hours before heading to airport.

Easy to find location and book online. Didn't use the app. Location three blocks away. Close enough to walk bags there. Luggage handover swift. Staff courteous. Pick up also quick. Unfortunately the closest location was fully booked so should have reserved sooner but next nearest was fine

Friendly and kindly staff. Good location.

Easy process and great location

Good Location, 24/7, helpful staff, and easy process

Good experience, no problems at all just follow the instructions.
