The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient. I would've preferred additional security, as we had 4 bags, but were only assigned one pickup ticket. There was a different hotel staff member when we picked up our luggage, so we could've easy grabbed bags that weren't ours.

This is a hotel and the bags are taken back to a secure room. Front desk is open 24/7 so was super convenient and felt safe leaving a bunch of belongings here!

Fast and easy, both pick up and drop off. Plus they have a restroom I could use to change for the airport :)
