The remote check in could be difficult if there’s no WiFi or any problems with a guests phone.

Friendly, good, professional, the only problem is the internal staircase, for a small part a handrail would also be needed on the wall because on the right side of the steps there is an angle so there is no useful support for the foot, for the rest very helpful

Everything is great, the baggage drop-off is pretty central in the old town. Everything is very easy and hassle-free. It doesn't open until 9am, but that's OK.

Excellent experience at Caffè Biagetti. It was a short distance from the train station, and they were ready to accept our bags for storage as soon as we arrived. They graciously allowed us to use the toilet. Would highly recommend this location. It is also directly across the street from the bus station, which takes you up to the City Centre of Assisi.

It was fine but a little confusing. It is a coffe shop and I hink they just providing this service so most of the staff did not know what we wanted. Once they found someone who understood, it was fine. Located not far from the train station. Worked great.
