Everything is great, the baggage drop-off is pretty central in the old town. Everything is very easy and hassle-free. It doesn't open until 9am, but that's OK.

Convenient location - somebody dropped my luggage there and I picked it up the same day. Went all smooth although for the few hours it was an expensive locker. But it’s a solution.

The remote check in could be difficult if there’s no WiFi or any problems with a guests phone.

Friendly, good, professional, the only problem is the internal staircase, for a small part a handrail would also be needed on the wall because on the right side of the steps there is an angle so there is no useful support for the foot, for the rest very helpful
