It is easy to find the store from Châtelet–Les Halles station exit 1 - Pte Marguerite de Navarre, and go to the ground by lift. Go left after exiting the lift and walk within one minute. The store owner speaks French and he will ask you to show the reservation bar code for confirmation. I feel safe even the baggage just left behind the entrance. I will recommend friends to use.

Good location and really close to the station. Staff were friendly and most appeared to speak English which was helpful for us. Access to the hostel is on Rue de Dunkerque. You see a outdoor bar area and if you walk into this and then through the door on the left it takes you into the hostel reception. There is a staircase and a lift to the basement where the baggage is stored in a communal locked room which can be accessed by staff only. They ask you to take a photo of your bag as identification for the staff member you meet when you pick up the bag. Good first experience of Bounce.

Great experience. When we first booked, we were worried because it was listed as a "souvenir shop." But it was easier, faster, and more clear than some hotels. Shop owner is friendly and meticulous. The location is convenient and closest to Eiffel Tower and is also open late until 2 AM What else do you need? Only con is we are not authorised to see where they store the luggage. It is just supposed to be dropped at the lift. But ok if you do not have any expensive items in it.

I have never used a luggage storage other than at a hotel. This was so easy. It seemed funny dropping it off in a restaurant. The location was right by the Metro so just a short walk. The staff was friendly and the whole process was very fast. They are open late which was very convenient as well. We enjoyed a beautiful and delicious Irish Coffee when we picked up our bags. Everything worked perfect. The only issue was that the person checking in our bags did not speak English. When he received our bags he started repeating a number for us. We asked what was it for and he just kept repeated the number while getting more and more frustrated until he just picked the bags and took them to the back. A client that was there told us in a mix of English and French that it was for picking up the bags.
