Wonderful customer service! Highly recommend. Easy to book, cheap, and this location has a bathroom so I could make a pit stop midway through the reservation in order to put shopping items back in the pack, and then head out again for a little more Paris time this afternoon without hauling the pack.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Felt secure to keep our bags. Spic and span clean, with nice baggage tag systems. Also they let us use washrooms which is a relief when you reach the place after travelling long hours.

Easy to find, Luggage was secured behind the front desk. The young man at the Front Desk, however, should not be in the hospitality industry.

The hotel is located in the middle of a cafe and very close to the train station. I got my bag intact. I had a backpack and was not given a receipt. However, I saw other people's suitcases with receipts with numbers written on them.

Easy to find location. Only real "problem" was it didn't feel like there was solid record keeping of how many bags and which bags were yours. No ID was needed to pick them up.

It was so quick and convenient! Used the map to find it (as it is tucked between 2 restaurants with large awnings). The clerk greeted us warmly and we were quickly able to go get our train for our next adventure. Thank you!

I had already prepaid for my reservations when I brought my suitcase at 1:00 pm / 13h to Hotel Edgar Quinet on Wednesday afternoon. A young woman helped me and rolled my large bag into her small storage space. I returned 2 days later and was swiftly helped by a man and was done and gone. My suitcase was locked and nothing had been bothered on it. I was thrilled with this service and it was a short walk to Gare Montparnasse.
