Fantastic staff, ended up staying for my layover from the coach station because they also have great food and drink too!

It went without a hitch.

Everything went well for me, but I didn't think there was much control over the luggage; someone could easily have gone through my backpack or I could have brought someone else's bag.

The manager is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The luggage was stored safely inside the store. We had accidentally booked another reservation by mistake, but the manager was very kind and helped us resolve the issue to get the refund. Very nice experience!!

It's a regular little electronics store. Luggage is stored in the utility room. Close to the metro and bus stop. It is convenient for those who depart from the Bercy bus station, because there is no hidden camera at this bus station.

Due to some bad reviews, I was afraid that there might be a problem, but I had an excellent experience. The locker is in the Ibis hotel and the staff were very friendly. I left my luggage on Sunday morning and there were plenty of room for other suitcases. Everything happens in 2 min. I am very happy with the service. The hotel is close to a small shopping village and 10 min from the Bercy station, so it's a perfect location.

Excellent! Go there with your eyes closed. The staff is very pleasant and responsive. The service is very smooth, easy, and the withdrawal and deposit are super fast.

The store said that they don’t receive any booking until I show the booking on my phone. Aside this, everything else was fine
