- Check-in took no more than 2 minutes. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location is very convenient, as it's close to the bus station. The food was excellent. I recommend it.

- The company was so good! My reservation was cancelled the day before because the original location closed down; however, the company gave me other options to transfer my reservation from the Ibis hotel to charmbertin cafe or to get a refund in full. I chose other nearby locations which was at a restaurant. The staff there know what to do once you show them the app and QR code. Didn't pay any difference at all for the transfer as well since it was closeby too. I recommend this company and will use them again. Located at a convenient location.
