Friendly staff and safe place

First time using this service and it was a godsend. As a family of 5, we had a lot of luggage and a few hours to spare between our check-out time and our flight home. Having this location convenient to our airbnb with such helpful and friendly staff allowed us to take advantage of pur last few hours in Paris unencumbered by our luggage.

Overall good experience. We were a but worried as our luggage was kept in the lobby by the desk rather than in a back room, but we safely collected them and it did the job!
