Staff was a bit curt, but kept my bags securely!

Everything went smoothly; our bags were delivered just as we left them. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't check our codes when we left. I thought it was a bit unsafe, but since they didn't speak English very well, I couldn't explain. But upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and photos of our bags were taken, as always.

The employees in the shop were friendly, spoke English/French and took care of our luggage. The pricing was good. Good service, I would recommend.

Excellent service. I took it as an emergency alternative to an instruction from Orly airport which no longer exists but which is present on their web page. The service is professional, with photos of the luggage and tracking by Qr code.

Everything is excellent, the only recommendation is that they learn to speak English and/or Spanish, since they only speak French
