Convenient and polite staff

We used this Bounce location to store our large suitcase for 3 days before we took a short trip to Lyon out of the Gare de Lyon. We booked and paid directly thru the app. The location (a small hotel) was easy to find (we took an Uber there from our hotel) and the drop off process was super easy. The employee easily found my reservation in his computer, tagged our luggage and had me take a picture of the tag. We just returned and easily and quickly picked up our bag. The only negative is the hotel is very shabby inside and it reeks of cigarette smoke. But it all worked seamlessly and efficiently and we would recommend and use them again.

The hotel is a great place to leave your lugagge. I braucht it there for one day. Very nice people handlung my two suitcases. They were very fast and unproblematic. I recommend, and will leave my luggage there everytime i need to.
