Everything went well for me, but I didn't think there was much control over the luggage; someone could easily have gone through my backpack or I could have brought someone else's bag.

The entire process was hassle free and convenient. On top of that, Extremely patient helpful and caring staff. On the day of our deposit, there was a strike on going in Paris and most train services weren’t operating. The staff was so genuine in offering assistance even with the language barrier. Will def recommend them!
