Our belongings were stored in a locker next to the restaurant, secured with a padlock. We were attending a festival and chose this service for convenience. We had to contact them several times to exchange our belongings in our suitcases, and the staff was fantastic throughout. They took the time to serve us whenever we needed them. They were always smiling, attentive, pleasant, and even offered helpful tips for exploring Paris. The pace of work in a restaurant is intense, but they still took the time to serve us properly. A huge thank you for that! I highly recommend them.
