It is easy to find the store from Châtelet–Les Halles station exit 1 - Pte Marguerite de Navarre, and go to the ground by lift. Go left after exiting the lift and walk within one minute. The store owner speaks French and he will ask you to show the reservation bar code for confirmation. I feel safe even the baggage just left behind the entrance. I will recommend friends to use.

Personal of the barbershop was very kind and all went well. Would be useful to know that they open sooner than at 10am. Only one thing - I paid for 2 luggage 10 eur and I was debited 0,27 cents for the payement because it is American account and I have European .

The store is a small mobile shop, has a spacious safe storage space, and the shop is very easy to reach from Les Halles. I arrived a little later than I booked for. The owner was expecting for me to come and he was very polite. Thank you!

It was fast and easy and the guy at the souvenir shop was very nice but it is a bit unsafe. You leave your luggage in the same room that many other travellers and there is no control if you take back your luggage or someone else bags
