  • Locker was easy to find and easy to use. However, we had an issue with accessing our lockers again after the phone we used to make the booking had died (no battery) and we had nowhere to charge the phone close by. The support page also did not load and the support chat was not very helpful as we could not access the booking as a confirmation code is sent via email.

  • Incredibly easy online booking experience, check in itself was seamless and full automated via your online booking. Simply arrive, click "check in" on your booking email, the door unlocks, then it lets you know your locker number and unlocks that for you too. Couldn't have asked for better!

  • It was not as close to the Louvre as it seemed advertised. Maybe it depends on where you are starting from. It was very handy and fairly easy to reserve. Had a little trouble with the door opening to store but no issues when we retrieved them.
