Luggage storage Les Halles Station

Great storage place. Bags stored on shop floor but you can't collect without QR code and they take a photo of your bags when you bring them, so there is no chance of the wrong petson getting the wrong bags! I would recommend.

Very quick delivery and collection. Very friendly. When you drop off your suitcase, they ask for the code and attach a photo of it. When you go to collect it, they ask for the code again, check the photo, and then give it to you. Everything was perfect. Right next to the exit of Châtelet Kes Halles.

I was worried when we arrived , it a small shop selling drinks / snacks , but reading other reviews everyone says the same ! It was super quick dropped off 4 bags to the counter they took a picture scanned our QR code! Arrived back bags were all together and we collected quickly ! Would definitely use again and not worry next time! Really close to the train station so really convenient !

It's a supermarket next to a subway station, making it very convenient to take the subway to the airport. Although the staff didn't speak English when I was storing my luggage, there weren't any major problems. It felt very safe, with someone always watching over the place. Very good, I'll definitely come back here to store my luggage if I need to again.

Very efficient service. Booked online. Arrived from the station and the shop is30 seconds from the entrance closest to the Seine. Greeted in shop by 2 gentlemen. Bags were left just inside the door , which I was slightly anxious about but when I returned all was good. Also, got a notification from Bounce telling me when my bags were shortly due to be collected.

We were briefly alarmed that it was "only" a kiosk and that the suitcases were left there at the entrance, but everything worked out: both check-in and check-out were super quick and the suitcases were well looked after. It's a great solution because it would be a real ordeal to walk around Paris all day with suitcases (because of the cobblestones and narrow streets).

We left our suitcase in the designated spot very easily and quickly. There was no delay when we picked it up; excellent service. It makes traveling much more comfortable.

It is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from Exit 1 (Place Marguerite de Navarre) of Châtelet-Les Halles Station. The service operates using a QR code issued after you complete your reservation and payment on the Bounce website. Since it is a service provided by a small supermarket, it doesn't look like a typical luggage storage facility, which can be confusing, but you just need to enter the store called Les Marché des Halles.
