  • I had a very good experience of storing my luggage at Yun ke lai! I just booked the service and followed the address on maps navigation. Upon arrival just showed the QR code of my booking and they accepted the luggage and handed over to me the tags with numbers, which identify my luggage. Service is excellent. My nanny bag reservation was cancelled on the same day, and while urgently looking for a place to store my luggage, I used the Bounce app, which offers a discount through its connection with Airbnb. There were absolutely no issues with dropping off or picking up my luggage, and the staff were friendly. However, the internet wasn't working when I dropped off my bags, so I had to go outside the store, open the QR page, and come back in. Since there were no problems when I picked up my luggage, it seems it was just a brief issue.

  • Super convenient, right off the metro. Luggage was stored in back of the store but they were very thorough checking tickets and counting bags when we picked them up to ensure we had everything we came with and were leaving with our things. Plus we bought some last minute souvenirs before heading to the airport! Would use again!
