We were very happy with the luggage storage here. We stored 6 suitcases, the welcome was very reassuring and the gentleman was very helpful in assisting with putting my luggage in the storage area down a flight of stairs. It was a gift shop, walking distance between Notre Dame and the Louvre Museum, nearby restaurants and stores. I Would recommend and would definitely use this service again.

I dropped off my bags in the morning and picked them up in the afternoon to get around more easily. I didn't have a reservation, but I simply scanned a QR code they showed me to indicate the bags I wanted to leave and pay directly online, receiving the booking code. The staff was very kind; they even advised me to take a photo of the bags I was leaving for extra security.

Everything went swimmingly. We were a group of 14 people, students and teachers. Both drop-off and pickup of our luggage went without a hitch and the staff was friendly and patient with us.
