Easy to deal with.

Easy to book, pleasant location, very friendly staff. You take a picture of the stored luggage upon dropping off. And you show that picture again upon collection. Great that a local hotel offers a luggage storage service. Bags were stored well in a locked cupboard. Was great to spend our last day in the neighbourhood and then to pick up luggage before heading back to the train station.

Highly recommended. It is extremely clean and people are very nice. It is the second time I dropped my bags there and I will definitely do it again.

We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff, she took out bags and told us to have a great day. When we came to pick up (later than we planned), she greeted us warmly and brought our bags out. No muss, no fuss it was a wonderful experience - and will definitely use Bounce again in the future! Highest recommendations!

Practical and efficient

We recently left luggages in here to explore more after checking out & waiting for a late flight. This is Hotel Victoire & Germaine. It is about 6 min walk from the Notre Dame station. It is in an alley and I wish the sign of the hotel was more visible as it’s covered with scaffolding (maybe ongoing construction). The friendly guy by the nearby restaurant pointed us to it as we passed it. Reception welcomed us and asked to take a photo of our luggages for easy retrieval. They were friendly and were ok for my daughter to leave her jacket as well. CON: Please add a visible Bounce sign outside

I thought the hotel would be safe, so I chose this hotel, which was close to Airbi, for sightseeing around Notre Dame Cathedral before checking in at Airbi. It's about a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. The hotel front desk responded. There were different people when I dropped it off and when I picked it up, but they were both very nice. We will take a photo of your luggage when you check it in. For the rest, all you have to do is make a reservation in advance. It was convenient because the reservation could be placed in Apple Wallet. There are locations all over the world, so I would like to use them again.
